About Me

Hi I’m Prapassorn, or affectionately known to my Aussie friends as Oi. Much like the famous Aussie chant, “Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi!”. Born in Thailand and moving to Australia in 2014. I’m a proud mother and wife, with a delightful daughter named Daisy who has been a tremendous inspiration for my culinary venture.

My passion for cooking and creativity has been a lifelong companion. I spent my formative years working alongside my mother, absorbing the art of crafting delicious dishes. I quickly learned that the secret ingredient to any meal is the love and care you put into making it from scratch. There’s truly nothing quite like it.

The sweet journey into cake baking and decorating commenced when my daughter turned four. She had her heart set on a Peppa Pig cake, and I decided to take on the challenge. Surprisingly, the cake turned out wonderfully, and the word spread like wildfire among our circle of friends and family. What initially started as a heartfelt hobby and a means to express love for my daughter soon blossomed into an award-winning business.

My extensive experience gained from years of cooking in Thai restaurants, coupled with my inherent love for art and creativity, paved the way for Sweet Daisy’s creation. With every cake I design and bake, I take great care to use high-quality ingredients, and whenever possible, source locally. I’m a true perfectionist when it comes to details, and there’s no design too extravagant. I relish the challenge of turning your creative ideas into delectable reality.
